New Routes and Improved Service Times at BurbankBus

 

BurbankBus operates four local routes (NoHo-Airport, NoHo-Media, Metro-Media, and the Golden State Circular) that provide convenient access to employment hubs, connections to amenities and regional transportation services including Metro Bus & Rail, Metro 501 Express Service, Metrolink, and the Burbank Airport. BurbankBus fare is one dollar ($1) and buses are TAP reader equipped. Recent improvements to select routes include:

Launch of Golden State Circulator

The Golden State Circulator route began operations in May 2018, to coincide with the opening of Burbank Airport-North Metrolink station. The Golden State Circular route operates every 15 minutes from 6:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., Monday through Friday and provides direct connections to the Metrolink Antelope Valley Line.

Improvements to Metrolink-Media District All-day Service

BurbankBus launched all-day service aboard the Metrolink-Media District route in September 2018 including schedule adjustments to better align with Metrolink service. The Metrolink-Media District also connects directly to the Metro Bus Line 501, Noho to Pasadena Express Service. The route serves a regional transit hub at the Downtown Burbank Metrolink Station with access to Metro routes 92, 96, 154, 155, 164, 165; Santa Clarita Transit Route 794, and MegaBus.
