Replace Student Fareless TAP Card

If you lost your Student Fareless TAP card, you must first get a replacement card or Eligibility Code from your school administrator.

I want to register a replacement TAP card issued to me by my school.

I want to use an Eligibility Code issued to me by my school. I will register my own TAP card as my replacement card.
